Biden announces 'democracy summit' in March
UPDATE DAY
US President Joe Biden announced in a statement on Tuesday that the second edition of the “Democracy Summit” will be held on March 29 and 30, 2023, an international meeting of which his administration is at the origin.
He will chair discussions with the leaders of Costa Rica, the Netherlands, South Korea and Zambia, which according to the White House “exemplifies the universal aspiration to a form of government that is accountable, transparent and respectful of rights”.
