Ce samedi 4 février, une manifestation était organisée pour dénoncer le potentiel "saccage du bois des Lens", alors qu'un avis favorable a été rendu par la commissaire-enquêtrice sur l'implantation de cinq éoliennes.

400 citizens and elected officials gathered

This Saturday, February 3, a protest rally was organized, bringing together more than 400 people to protest against the potential installation of five wind turbines in the town of Moulézan. Girded by their tricolor scarves, many elected officials opposed to the project walked on the small roads and country paths. Representing in particular the represented municipalities of Savignargues, Fons-outre-Gardon, Salinelles, Saint-Mamert-du-Gard, Saint-Bazely, Combas, Montagnac, Montignargues, Aigremont, Sauzet….

If the procession headed towards Moulézan, it was however unable to enter the village, the mayor having banned the demonstration on municipal territory.
