BSBO, the association of young entrepreneurs, is organizing its first major meeting at the Béziers theater

En six mois, l’association a réussi à fédérer de nombreux jeunes entrepreneurs biterrois. BSBO

Née en décembre 2023, BSBO encourage le soutien et le dialogue entre les chefs d’entreprise de moins de 40 ans dans le but de créer un réseau dynamique et de peser sur l’économie locale.

"We are surprised and delighted to see the enthusiasm generated by the birth of this association". When Rémy Groussard, head of the family confectionery company, and his acolytes Louis Campagnac and Shirlen Licieli created BSBO (Bon sens business Occitanie) last December, they did not think that their "baby" would appeal so much to the local world of entrepreneurs.

“In six months, we managed to bring together forty young entrepreneurs and found that there is a real demand for advice and support. That is our whole objective: to create a network to support and help each other, find solutions to the problems encountered, without fear of judgment, and not to be left alone when faced with difficulties”. The goal, in the long term, is to establish connections with experienced business leaders and to influence the Béziers economy.

The importance of the group

To celebrate the start of the school year, the BSBO is organizing its very first major event on Wednesday, September 18, starting at 7:30 p.m., at the Béziers theater, on the Allées. “An evening where experienced people will come to discuss the chosen theme, which is that of the importance of the group and offer us their insights and their visions”.

Among the invited personalities, we note the presence of Thierry Watelet, speaker and philosopher, who will discuss “team cohesion in the age of artificial intelligence”, Mathieu Ourliac, president of Medef “who will highlight the role of the oldest group of entrepreneurs in France, Murielle Letexier, occupational psychologist and “energy booster” will discuss team cohesion, etc.

The magnificent setting of the theater

The presentations will be followed by a time for discussion with the public and then, at 9 p.m., a cocktail reception, served on the first floor of the theater. “A theater kindly made available to us by the town hall, which offers us a setting that highlights this initiative.”

To register for this evening, limited to 80 people: www.helloasso.com/associations/bonsens-business-occitanie. Information: Louis Campagnac, 06 11 99 01 32 or bonsens.asso@gmail.com.
