The events took place on June 29, around 6:29 a.m. in Bobigny. Contacted by 20 minutes, Me Yassine Bouzrou the lawyer who represents the family of the cigarette seller, specifies that his client "lived on the right, on the left, sometimes stayed with friends ". He had been squatting for several days in this building, located in the garden, near the small pavilion.

The agent first alerted his colleagues and asked them to intervene to arrest the homeless man. But a few minutes later, he called them back and explained to them that he had killed this man with his administrative weapon.

According to him, the victim became aggressive and threatened him with an object. He then responded with his firearm. After killing him, the shooter took two photos of the victim, on the ground, with his cell phone.

Indicted for murder

An investigation was opened by the Bobigny public prosecutor's office, entrusted to territorial security. At the end of his custody, the police officer was indicted for murder& nbsp;and placed in pre-trial detention, indicated Tuesday the prosecution which had requested his placement under judicial supervision.
