Business checks in Biterrois and Agathois: which establishments have been singled out by the prefecture ?

Le préfet de l'Hérault durcit le ton envers les commerces qui ne sont pas en règle et communique sur les fermetures administratives imposées. A Béziers et Agde, plusieurs établissements sont concernés en cette fin septembre.

Two new administrative closures were decided by the prefect of Hérault in Béziers this week. Information relayed on the social networks of the prefecture of Hérault which intends to communicate on this hardening of tone towards those who are not in order.

Thus, we learn that the bar “Le Rallye”, located on avenue George-Clemenceau, is forced to close for 3 months. Reason: possession of narcotics. As for "Casa Quezel", located between Colombiers and Béziers, must close for 15 days due to "fraudulent possession for the purpose of selling alcohol manufactured or imported without declaration."

This Wednesday, September 25, we also learned that  "O caprices du port" located on avenue Port Ambonne, Port Soleil in Agde was to close for 15 days for the same reason of “fraudulent possession for the purpose of selling alcohol manufactured or imported without declaration”.

Finally, as a reminder, this Tuesday, September 24, around 5:30 p.m., a raid by the authorities was carried out in the Garibaldi district of Béziers, as part of a business inspection operation.
