Busy night on the territory of the SPVM

Nuit mouvementée sur le territoire du SPVM

The last hours were occupied on the territory of the Montréal police Service (SPVM), while several armed aggression occurred.

On Wednesday, around 22: 30, a man was bitten in the Notre-Dame-de-Grace.

According to police, an altercation began on the King Edward avenue, near the avenue Fielding.

The victim, a 20 year old man, was stung to the top of the body. Transported to the hospital, the man is out of danger.

A suspect was apprehended not far from the scene of the altercation.

The 20 year old man has been arrested and will be questioned by the investigators, to understand the situation.

Man stabbed

An hour later, a man was stabbed in the borough of Saint-Léonard in Montreal.

According to the police, around 23: 30, two people came into conflict on Jarry street, near the street of la Salette.

A 23 year old male would have received weapon hits white at the top of the body.

The victim was conveyed conscious to the hospital, where his life was not in danger.

The suspect, aged about twenty, fled before the police arrived.

An investigation has been initiated to understand the thread of events.

Cabot Square

Shortly after midnight, a man was injured with a knife in Cabot square, on the corner of Tupper street and Atwater avenue in downtown Montreal.

The altercation took place between two people. The victim, a 40 year old man, was injured at the bottom of the body. He was transported to the hospital, where he is not afraid about his life.

The suspect escaped before the police arrived.

An investigation has been initiated to understand the circumstances of the crime.
