CH forward Mike Hoffman responded in the best way Saturday night against the Blue Jackets, after being viciously punched in the face two days earlier by a Bruins player.

Benefiting beforehand from a fine maneuver by Michael Matheson, Hoffman let go a snappy wrist shot early in the first period to allow the Habs to tie Columbus at 1-1.
Wearing a full visor since his chin is quite bruised, Hoffman nevertheless smiled while celebrating his 13th goal of the season.
