Clashes and firing of tear gas in front of the White House

WASHINGTON | The police fired tear gas Sunday in front of the White House to disperse a demonstration against police violence and racism, while violent clashes were taking place in Washington, according to AFP reporters on site.

A crowd of demonstrators had gathered outside the residence of the american president Donald Trump, chanting slogans, lighting fires and waving of placards, in the american capital subject to the curfew.
