Closure of CAA-Quebec Travel centers, maintenance of roadside assistance

CAA-Quebec, which has more than a million members, has decided to temporarily close physical access to its 14 Travel centers today, March 18.
The passenger service is maintained, but is done by calling the Voyages center or using the 1 844 VOYAGEZ line. Travel counselors are also available by phone or email.

“Please note that we give priority to requests from travelers who must return to the country or who wish to make a cancellation for a scheduled departure in the coming days,” said the members’ press release.

Roadside assistance is maintained and serious hygiene measures have been implemented, says CAA-Quebec. The organization invites members to consult its frequently asked questions on its website to learn how the situation is evolving.

“Our employees are mobilized to serve you: we do everything we can to respond as quickly as possible to the many requests we receive,” wrote President and Chief Executive Officer, Richard Lachance. For over 100 years, our mission has been to help and keep our members safe and that has not changed! ”
