La préfecture de Seine-Saint-Denis a partagé l’annonce de la fermeture administrative d’une boulangerie en Seine-et-Marne.
While an initial inspection had been refused, the health services of the Seine-Saint-Denis prefecture noted serious failings in a bakery in the department. This Thursday, May 16, the prefecture's X account announces the administrative closure of the establishment, supporting photos.
The images are chilling. Cockroaches, dirt, trash and pastries, displayed on the counter, at a temperature that far exceeds storage recommendations.

The bakery will have to rectify the situation
The agents who carried out the inspection were able to note "a lack of pest control, dirt in the premises and equipment and insufficient maintenance" .
Consequences for the "Inaya" bakery which is located in a shopping center in Neuilly-sur-Marne: an administrative closure, effective "until the implementation of appropriate corrective actions by the person responsible for the’establishment", indicates the prefecture.
