Deux acteurs montpelliérains prestigieux se réunissent à Château Bon pour une soirée privée afin de lancer la rénovation de cette folie montpelliéraine.

On the initiative of Laurent Romanelli, president of the M & A and buyer of the 17th century castle, this exclusive event in partnership with the Porsche Montpellier center and the Rivière law firm and the artist Ghass Rouzkosh will be held on June 20 from from 6 p.m., in the gardens of Château Bon.

This evening event aims to highlight places and local heritage, by bringing together prestigious clients and partners.

An advantageous tax system

The idea is to bring together individuals wishing to participate in the rehabilitation of this Montpellier madness from the 17th century to reside there or invest with a tax exemption of up to 66% thanks to the land deficit tax system.

An ideal place where Porsche Montpellier will present its exclusive vehicle collections, the Rivière firm will offer support on the tax exemption part and the artist Ghass Rouzkosh will present his works on all in a majestic setting, on a beautiful summer evening.

The event took place in an architectural madness of the 17th century. M&A Group

The actors plan to limit the capacity to around a hundred people in this Montpellier setting. In order to enhance the place and this exceptional moment, the Franco-Iranian artist Ghass Rouzkhosh will exhibit his works within the castle.

Located to the west of Montpellier facing the Font Colombe park, Château Bon is a 17th century folly currently in the rehabilitation phase to make way for 15 exceptional apartments ( from 1 to 4 rooms) and 3 pavilions of more than 300 square meters. This renovation will mobilize around fifty workers and aims for delivery by end of 2026. (Architect: G. Lhenry)
