Modules Acer was able to surpass the previous record, reaching the maximum possible frequency
A set of modules Micron Ballistix DDR4 3600 cooled with liquid nitrogen
Modules Acer are now the world record holder for speed of RAM DDR4. Professional overclockers (experts in the field of overclocking chips) used a set of modules Micron Ballistix DDR4 3600, dispersed them to the frequency 5726 MHz. Stavros Savvopoulos and Phil Strecker from Overclocking Gaming Systems used liquid nitrogen to provide the most efficient cooling.

“We were amazed at how easy it is to overclock the Ballistix Elite modules,” commented Savvopoulos.
Acceleration to frequency 5726 MHz provided the most efficient cooling
This year a record for DDR4 overclocking was beaten three times. The first time happened on 14 January, when overclockers used the Kingston HyperX Predator DDR4, reaching the frequency of 5608 MHz. Then on may 13, a private testing laboratory ADATA has released one 8 GB memory bar Spectrix D60G DDR4, dispersed it to 5634,1 MHz. But the record lasted until may 16, and was beaten by a team Overclocking Gaming Systems.
Processor designed for Android smartphones future
Earlier, China has created a fast processor for cheap smartphones. In turn, ADATA has created a cheap and super-fast SSD drive.
