The suspect, a 28-year-old Franco-Congolese, was taken into police custody this Wednesday, January 10. After being referred, the prosecution ordered that he be subjected to a psychiatric assessment.

The facts date back to the beginning of December. A Montpellier woman had to spend an evening at a discotheque with a friend. But the latter finally arrived accompanied by an acquaintance. In this case, a 28-year-old Franco-Congolese resident in Sète.

In the early morning, the connection having passed between the twenty-year-old and the Montpellier woman, she suggested that he sleep at her place, on a mattress. Before saying goodnight, she even suggested that he give her a little massage. 

He caresses her sex and breasts

The young man willingly complied. After a few moments, and in a completely consensual manner, he even caressed her sex and breasts. Then he made her understand that he wanted her.

However, knowing that her son was in the apartment, the owner of the place put an end to the antics and declined the offer, before going to bed in his room. 

He attacks her in her room

Frustrated and above all very excited, the young man then masturbated on the mattress without being able to climax. Then he had the bad idea of ​​intruding into the room of his host who was sleeping soundly.

When she woke up, she said when she filed the complaint, her pants were slightly pulled down and he had ejaculated on her.

Psychiatric expertise ordered

The accused was summoned this Wednesday, January 10 to the central police station. Placed in police custody, he partially admitted the facts. 

After being referred, the prosecution ordered that he be subjected to a psychiatric assessment.
