TORONTO | The minister of ontario Health has expressed its concern on Tuesday after a rise in new infections of the COVID-19 in his province, especially among the less than 39 years.

According to the latest data of the health authorities of the province, 203 people have been infected by the COVID-19-43 Ottawa, 57 in the region of Peel and 24 in Windsor-Essex.

In addition, the minister of Health, Christine Elliot, has noted that 57 % of new infections involve individuals having 39 years or less.

“This is only data from one day, but today’s increase is a cause for concern”, she stated.

Up here, the balance sheet of the pandemic in Ontario is 37 942 case and 2753 dead.

“Ontarians of all ages should follow the guidelines of the public health: to limit their contacts to a social circle of 10 people, respect the distancing physical with the other on the outside of this circle, wear a cover-face when it is difficult to meet this distancing,” added the minister.

The message from the minister ontario echoed that of several officials elsewhere in the country, particularly in British Columbia, where on Monday, it was reported a hundred new cases, while in Alberta, there were 368 new hiv infections and three deaths.

Tuesday noon, there were 383 new cases, 180 of which are in Quebec. In total, 111 507 people have been infected with the new coronavirus and 8860 people have lost their lives, including 57 796 in la Belle Province.
