New outbreaks of COVID-19 start to appear in the social venues such as funerals and meetings of families with the déconfinement, note the public health agency of Canada.
“Certainly, we’re going to see more and more outbreaks of this kind,” said Dr. Howard Njoo, the deputy chief public health officer of Canada during a technical briefing today.
It drives home the point that the déconfinement must not forget that the virus is still there and is still as dangerous as no effective vaccine is available.
To this day, the public health agency of Canada there are 106 167 confirmed cases of COVID-19, 66% healing% and 8.2% of deaths. Quebec has 55 997 cases.
