Quebec reports 15,874 cases of COVID-19 and 26 deaths, bringing the total to 696,182 people infected and 11,846 deaths since the start of the pandemic.

Yesterday, the province recorded 14,486 and 39 deaths.

During his press briefing Thursday morning, the Minister of Health and Social Services, Christian Dubé, indicated that a “self-declaration” platform will soon be made available for those who test positive for COVID-19 to report it. & nbsp;

Mr. Dubé also announced that a vaccination passport will be required, as of January 18, in the branches of the Société des Alcools du Québec (SAQ) and the Société québécoise du cannabis (SQDC).
