At least 15 more people have contracted the COVID-19 by attending Montreal’s bars in the past few days, bringing the total to 45 cases arising out of these licensed premises, learned VAT News on Thursday.
On Tuesday, the public health confirmed thirty cases of COVID in nine different bars, distributed in several sectors of east-west.
There was not at this time of the event concentrated in one place. However, on Thursday, a facility reported 12 cases of COVID-19, where there has been active transmission.
Six institutions report more than one case and 14 bars at least one confirmed case.
Finally five Montrealers have contracted the virus at the Mile Public House, located in the Quartier Dix30 in Brossard.
