The venues could potentially re-open before the festival of Saint-Jean-Baptiste with a number of spectators reduced, the government has said Legault during his press conference Monday.

The government will inject$ 400 Million to revive the industry of culture in Quebec. Of this figure,$ 250 Million is comprised of new money.

The prime minister Legault made the announcement in Montreal, during his press briefing the day in the company of the minister McCann and Dr Harruda.
