It is the turn of David Desrosiers, bassist of Simple Plan to make a sortie on Instagram like By Morin and Bernard Adamus.

The musician of 39 years, who enjoyed worldwide success with the group in montreal, made his mea culpa and announced that he was leaving the group.

“The recent public statements it has made me recognize that some of the interactions I’ve had with women they have wronged,” he wrote.

The recent public statements it has made me recognize that some of the interactions I’ve had with women they have harmed. I have therefore taken the decision to remove myself from the group and go seek professional help in order to educate me and to act appropriately in the future. I’m really sorry for the harm I have caused to these women. Recent public statements have led me to acknowledge that some of the interactions I have had with women have caused them harm. I have decided to withdraw from the band and seek professional help to educate myself and act appropriately in the future. I am truly sorry for the harm I have caused to these women.
