MISE & Agrave; DAY
The family of a two and a half month old baby who drowned in a day care center are outraged that a grand jury has decided not to lay criminal charges against the owner of the facility.
On August 9 in the morning, Jersi's mother left her for her first day at a family day care center in Perry, Florida. & nbsp;
At around 3:30 am, she received a call from the mother of another child. She was hysterical on the phone, according to CNN.
“My heart has stopped,” the toddler's mother Martasha Robinson tells CNN.
According to State reports, the two-month-old girl was allegedly left unattended on a changing table. & nbsp;
In a still unknown way, the baby is said to have fallen off the table and landed in a bucket of water, prepared to wash the floor, in which she allegedly drowned. & nbsp;
Besides being devastated and outraged by the event, Jersi's family rant that no charges of negligence is filed and deplores the fact that many questions surrounding the event will remain unanswered since no trial will take place.
