A woman in her twenties has been arrested for his alleged involvement in the death of a baby whose body was found Monday in the early evening, in the back of an apartment building in Gatineau.
The suspect was scheduled to appear during the day Tuesday under accusations which are still not determined.
The police of Gatineau has proven to be extremely sparing in his comments on this case, including refusing to disclose the link between the suspect and the victim-child.
However, according to our information, it would be a drama intrafamilial.
The small body was found Monday, about 17h, at the rear of a residential building in the boulevard Mont-Blue, in the Hull sector.
This is one of the residents of the place who made the macabre discovery.
No maneuver resuscitation was not performed on the body of the baby, since it was an “obvious death”, said the forces of law and order.
An autopsy will be performed on the body in the course of the next few days to establish the exact cause of death.
