As soon as the angry nephew arrived at the meeting place, he allegedly went towards his uncle and hit him. " It’s dramatic, confides the Alès prosecutor. These are two lives that are turned upside down. C’ is an uneventful young man who let himself be carried away in an outburst of violence of crazy intensity. Violence which made him commit an irreparable act."

The Alès prosecutor is concerned about this acting out among young people. " This case is unfortunately the tragic illustration of the drift of their relationship with violence", insists prosecutor Abdelkrim Grini.
