Death of Émile: this mysterious DNA discovered during the analyses is of particular interest to investigators

A new twist in the case? The investigation into Émile, the little boy who disappeared in the summer of 2023 and whose body was found at the end of last March, continues. Investigators are now looking at conclusions delivered by the Bordeaux forensic hematology laboratory, and a DNA sample has caught their attention, according to information from BFM DICI.

A major piece of work

“The work on the clothes is proving to be important. It is important for the investigation and biology”, indicated a source close to the case. And “DNA foreign to that of Émile's family was discovered during these analyses”, reports the news channel.

However, the prosecution does not wish to communicate “on all the investigative acts”. Jean-Luc Blachon, public prosecutor of Aix-en-Provence, does not want to confirm or deny the situation.
