Death of Robert Badinter: the date and location of the national tribute revealed by the Élysée

The date and location of the national tribute to Robert Badinter were revealed this Saturday, February 10, 2024 by the Elysée.

The day after his death, the Elysée announced that a national tribute would soon be paid to former Minister of Justice Robert Badinter, announcement BFMTV. 

National tribute

It is on February 14 in Paris, Place Vendôme, at the Ministry of Justice, that the tribute to this figure of the abolition of punishment will be organized of death. The ceremony should begin around noon, specify our colleagues.

The former Minister of Justice died at the age of 95 years old. A collection of condolences, made available to the public from Friday, will be accessible until Sunday evening at 8 p.m. at the Ministry of Justice.
