The public health rules are difficult to enforce by the police for the time being, said the minister of Health, Christian Dubé.

It is, however, committed that, by Thursday, the security forces have clear instructions for their apply.

“We don’t want to penalise a sector of activity, but we can not tolerate it,” said, at his side, the national director of the Quebec public health, Dr. Horacio Arruda.

On Monday, the province has experienced 3 deaths and 74 new cases, bringing the total to 5577 dead and 55 937-infected persons.
