The Question of coherence, the ministry of Tourism is preparing to relax the rules governing the rental of cottages, in order to allow a group of a maximum of 10 people to stay in the same place.
The instructions will be the same as those imposed for the raising interiors of 10 people, who will be reinstated from the 15 June to the outside of the Greater Montreal area and from the 22 June in the metropolis.
The members of the group will need to come from at most, three different addresses, confirmed the minister of Tourism, Caroline Proulx.
Since the resumption of some tourist activities, on the 1st of June last, the public health requires that a cottage or a campsite is rented by a single household.
This setpoint will therefore more flexible in a manner consistent with the green light given to the gatherings interior and the reopening of restaurants and resto-bars.
“Good news”, welcomed the minister Proulx, after having obtained these details from the department of public health, which were posted Wednesday on the website of the government.
“The rallies interiors will be permitted in the tourist accommodation that currently have the right to operate. The same rules and effective dates that the rallies private sector”, said Ms. Proulx.
