Four months after the conflict at the NDSG (Nephrology Dialysis Saint-Guilhem), which harshly opposed management and the CGT, eleven staff will have to answer to their Order.< /p>

What are they accused of ? For not having responded to prefectural requisitions and, therefore, for having prevented the continuity of patient care ? At the end of last week, the reason for the summons was not yet known.

The procedure has already provoked a strong reaction from the CGT, which is outraged by the "union repression&quot ;. "The right to strike is a fundamental right of employees. The striking agents are aware of the inconvenience caused to patients during these strike days, but the sole responsibility lies with the management of the Dialysis Center. It waited until the day of the strike movement to begin real negotiations", points out, in a press release, the local CGT Union of Sète and the Thau basin.

A report from the Users Commission

While a memorandum of understanding had been signed between management and union on October 17, 2023, the Regional Health Agency (ARS) would have received a report from of the Users' Commission, explaining the referral to the Order of Nurses. And the summons of the seven nurses and four nurses, which would constitute a first since the creation of this Order at the end of 2006.

The CGT will organize a rally in support of employees in front of the headquarters of the Order, rue Becquerel, in Montpellier, on February 27, at 1 p.m.
