Disappearance of Lina: “Money offered”, a technique that worries the teenager’s mother

La mère de Lina, Fanny Groll par l'intermédiaire de son avocat s'est exprimée sur la plainte déposée à l'encontre d'un homme et ses méthodes employées concernant l'affaire qui concerne sa fille.

The 15-year-old teenager has still given no sign of life since Saturday September 23, 2023. Lina, who was going to the station to join her boyfriend Tao, disappeared and the investigation has continued since.

Fanny Groll, the young girl's mother, was heard at her request by the investigating judges in charge of the case on February 1. The next day, on February 2, her lawyer, Mr. Matthieu Airoldi, held a press conference broadcast on BFM to explain his client's approach and return to a few points concerning the case.

Complaint filed

He devoted a few minutes to the complaint filed by his client against a YouTuber for defamation last December. 

On his YouTube channel, Samir TPMY speaks a lot about this affair, many of his videos are devoted to it. In one, he said that Lina's mother and her boyfriend, Tao, were in a relationship.

During the press conference on February 2, the lawyer also expressed the concern of Lina's mother about the techniques used by this man to be able to his videos.

"This gentleman offers money to people"

"What worries my client and we are convinced of it, is that this gentleman is offering money to people who pass through the valley and who are close to my client to obtain information", advance Me Matthieu Airoldi.

Before adding: "There is some innocuous information that he has blown out of proportion, which came out in his videos that he could not know without external support."

And to conclude: "This disturbs and causes harm to my client."
