A woman from Illinois must respond to charges of disorder after you have been aggressive and have made racist statements in a warehouse the Home Depot, simply because another client asked him to wear a cover face.
The accused, Teri Hill, has also threatened to cough and spit on the victim, Sydney Waters, last Friday, according to ABC News.
It all started when the woman approached an employee to complain that other customers in the store of McHenry, north-west of Chicago, did not wear masks, so that she, herself, had removed her cover-face for the challenge.
Sydney Waters, another client who was with the employee, asked him to put on his mask, but his note has not in the past.
“She did not appreciate being told this, she has torn her mask, she is taken away and she said she was going to spit in her face that she was going to cough on me,” said Sydney Waters to ABC News.
The victim took out his mobile phone to film what was happening as proof. Another client gave him the finger and started to be racist.
“I believe in white power,” said the person now accused.
Sydney Waters has tried to shoot the face of Teri Hill, but things got worse.
There is a scuffle, and Waters said that the two have found themselves on the ground.
The police arrived and after watching the video, was arrested Teri Hill.
