Les pluies passées et à venir confortent, voire augmentent, les débits des cours d’eau.
The rains observed in recent days have made it possible to ease the restrictive measures. All the rivers in the department are seeing their flow rates increased.
The weather forecasts predict a few showers with changeable and cooler weather in the coming days, which will lead to supporting or even increasing the flow rates of the rivers.
Economical uses of water
Faced with this situation, the prefectural decree of September 11 places most sectors of the department, the basins of the Lot, Bramont, Tarn, Tarnon, Allier source and upstream, Colagne, Truyère, the rivers of Colagne, Cèze, Chassezac, Gardons and Hérault, in a state of vigilance.
The basins of the middle Allier and Dourbie have no restrictions.
It is important that everyone adopts an economical use of water. Local authorities and private companies that manage the distribution of drinking water are invited to monitor their resource as closely as possible and ensure that the networks are operating properly.
