Escapade Festival: one death by overdose and 16 hospitalizations in Ottawa
Ottawa paramedics have confirmed an overdose death during the Escapade electronic music festival held this past weekend at Lansdowne Park.
Sixteen other people had to be taken to hospital, including four who were in critical condition, due to their excessive drug consumption.
According to the emergency services, dozens of beatings heat were also treated on site.
Some situations required the hospitalization of festival-goers.
