In the campaign as head of the Reconquest party list! in the European elections on June 9, Marion Maréchal went to meet the fishermen of Grau-du-Roi this Saturday, April 20 in the morning. Accompanied by the departmental referent and her campaign team, the candidate was received by the president of the Saint-Pierre association David Papy, by fishermen and sailors in particular.

Marion Maréchal boarded the trawler Le Matthias-Thomas before discussing at length European fishing regulations and the difficulties they entail for trawling. Then, David Papy spoke about the application of the texts and its consequences for the unfolding of the traditional feast of Saint-Pierre. This was followed by a visit to the fishermen’s cooperative.
