This January 14, 2024, in the columns of JDD, Marine Le Pen announced her decision to make Jordan Bardella her Prime Minister in the event of victory in the next presidential election.  

If it was predictable, it's now confirmed. In an interview published in the Journal du Dimanche, Marine Le Pen announced that she would make Jordan Bardella her Prime Minister if she was elected President of the Republic. 

His "ticket"

"This ticket is absolutely necessary because the French must know who will be the head of government if they trust us" believes the leader of the National Rally, formerly National Front.

This "ticket" is Jordan Bardella: raised to the head of the party by the daughter of Jean-Marie Le Pen, he has always remained loyal to her and knows that he owes a lot, recalls the Parisian in Source Code.

"Political match"

Already, some are talking about a political duel with Gabriel Attal. Both presented as young political prodigies, they are rising through the ranks at lightning speed. Even if Gabriel Attal, appointed Prime Minister last week at the age of 34, has taken a head start that Jordan Bardella cannot catch up with as it stands.

Because to achieve this position, the president of the RN aged 28 years old will have to count on the victory of Marine Le Pen, a bet whose the outcome will not be known until 2027.

"I am working to ensure that the French entrust me with the post of President of the Republic. Jordan is working to secure the post of Prime Minister. We are, both of us, imbued with these future functions" explains Marie Le Pen. If the "ticket" is taken, the former National Front will first have to win in 3 years.
