“Everything we don’t tell you”: Juju Fitcats opens up about her heart problem in her latest YouTube video

Since 2022, Juju Fitcats has been more discreet on her channel, especially her workouts at the gym. The YouTuber has just revealed the reason in her latest video published this Thursday, February 8.

For almost two years, YouTuber Juju Fitcats has been more discreet on her YouTube channel, particularly regarding her sports session videos. This Thursday, February 8, she decided to reveal the reason in her latest video "Everything we don't tell you".

"In January 2022, I'had a heart problem", said Justine, her real name. The latter has in fact been affected by pericarditis.  "Around your four ventricles of the heart, you have what we calls the pericardium. It is a membrane that protects the ventricles. It's supposed to be stuck to the ventricles. What happens when you get pericarditis ? Well the membrane detaches, it lets in a liquid that has no place there and it creates pain". A problem which pushed the athlete to stop all physical activity for 6 months.

"Why I didn't share ? Because my heart problem was something very complicated for me to deal with.&amp ;nbsp;I had never had such a sudden and long-term cessation of sport and so I' I had a month of January 2022 which was very very hard to manage", explains Tibo InShape's partner.

Several trips to the hospital

His daily life was then punctuated "by trips back and forth to the hospital, between electrocardiograms, ultrasounds, MRIs, taking measurements blood…" She then resumed sport little by little, "so as not to take the risk of re-triggering inflammation.

Juju Fitcats also didn't want to show "the daily life of a girl moping on the couch"  on social networks.

Although she was able to resume sport from June 2022, the YouTuber did not want to share her sessions, starting from scratch.
