#TARN – Paul Rudelle, 82, lives in the house which was owned by his partner in Tarn, who died in August 2023 His daughters-in-law today want to sell, and the octogenarian must leave the house in July 2024. Around him, solidarity is organized. Paul lives frugally, his pension amounts to around 800 euros and he has been paying his daughters-in-law rent of 400 euros since the death of his partner. In October 2023, a neighbor of Paul's, moved by his situation, decided to launch a fundraiser (www.onparticipe.fr) to allow Paul to buy the house from his daughters-in-law, estimated at 150,000 euros. Upon his death, it will be bequeathed to the Abbé-Pierre Foundation.

He falls off the operating table and experiences "hell"

The Sétois must have a new scan at the University Hospital at the start of the week. He filed a complaint against X at the Sète police station, for involuntary injuries.

#HERAULT –This is the number of spectators who attended the Arena, near Montpellier, at the Women's Basketball League (LFB) match this Sunday. This is a new attendance record for a women's basketball club, to be put in the honor of the BLMA Gazelles (Lattes-Montpellier) who faced Tarbes. 90 years old and dean of hairdressers ?

Masterpiece made in Aveyron on Notre-Dame de Paris

#RODEZ – A real gem. For three months, Nicolas Clerget, emeritus sculptor and workshop leader of the sculpture center within the Vermorel company, in Rodez, has been working on the identical reconstruction of the statue of Saint-Martin in ceremonial dress. A work in soft limestone, 2.57 m high and weighing approximately 1.5 tonnes. This piece is, in a way, the icing on the cake for the company which has been working since January 4, 2023 on the construction site of Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral, ravaged by a terrible fire on April 15 2019. The statue will be taken during the night of Wednesday March 27 to Thursday March 28 to Paris to be installed at the very top of the famous monument.
