Farmers' blockages: the A75 motorway is cut in the south-north direction at Saint-Flour

In a press release, the Lozère prefecture warns that  the A75 motorway is cut in the south-north direction at Saint-Flour this Wednesday, January 31, 2024. 

The Lozère prefecture announces by a prefectural decree that the A75 motorway is cut in the south-north direction at Saint-Flour this Wednesday January 31, 2024 &quot ;resulting in several kilometers of traffic jams when arriving at the blockage. A demonstration by farmers is reportedly underway.  

Mandatory diversion via Mende

To avoid this disruption, on the A75 towards the north, a compulsory exit is set up at the N°39.1 interchange.Le Monastier (Moriès ) with a diversion set up by the RN88 towards Saint-Étienne then by the A72 and A89 motorways in order to reach either Clermont-Ferrand or the north of Lyon.
