Fire risk alert: three sites in Hérault banned by prefectural decree

The Mourèze cirque, the Pierres blanches (Sète) and the Mont Saint-Loup (Agde) are concerned.

Notice to hikers: the Mourèze cirque and the Liausson mountain will be closed to access this Friday, August 2, due to the very high risk of fire, indicates the Hérault prefecture. The two remarkable sites located near the Salagou lake are not the only ones to be subject to this measure in the department.

The Pierres Blanches forest in Sète and Mont Saint-Loup in Agde are also closed to the public this Friday.
