12 rue Du-Guesclin, the impressive building is being completed. On this footbridge dedicated to the tramway and pedestrians, the ground floor offers a prime location. We now know what will become of the 1,800 m2 of commercial premises. The entire surface area will have only one tenant. Already well known in Montpellier: a new Fitness Park gym. An impressive storefront, nearly 150 m long, a practically dedicated tram station and exceptional visibility, precisely from the trains of line 1.

And the competition ?

"There is nothing better, everyone will see us", appreciates Teddy San Roman, director and shareholder of the establishment. So what does it matter if Basic Fit is already present on the station side, on the ground floor, of the multi-storey car park, and Run up, on the Triangle side a stone's throw away. He has confidence in his product. “It's the game of competition. We have a premium, quality concept. And we're setting up on the front line. This was already the case at Odysseum and Vendargues. In the city centre, the population is dense. There are members, we know that we will function well."

2 M€ investments

He no longer mentions the competition but the network with the Odysseum Fitness Park. From October 12, members will have the choice (with all the rooms of this franchise in France in fact). They hope to eventually retain around 5,000 members in Du-Guesclin and offer great pre-opening offers, with several weeks free. It takes what it takes to make your mark and make two million euros of investment profitable.
