Football: Frontignanais and Balmanais no longer leave each other
|Asfac does not want to miss the quarter in the Coupe d’Occitanie. – A.Marie
Asfac will face SC Balma, in the round of 16 of the Coupe Occitanie, this Saturday February 10 at 6:30 p.m. at the Nicolas-Campailla stadium in Balma.
For the second time in a week, the two teams will play an important match for the rest of their season. A ticket for a quarter-final of the Coupe d’Occitanie, that’s all that is at stake.
On the Muscatier side, we are not particularly delighted to find the Balmanais once again, the third since the start of the season. This time, it’s fate that forces Greg Tanagro’s men to move to Haute-Garonne. This rascally fate will not only force, once again, Asfac to seek a qualification far from Frontignan but also, pit it against an adversary who has just proven that he is part of very good regional teams.
At the Lucien-Jean stadium, we were able to observe the confidence, the ease of adaptation and the serenity released by solid, balanced and technically advanced training. Jostled in the first period, she was able to turn her back and come back more enterprising in the finale. Still, for Greg Tanagro, the goal is the championship. Obviously, his group will be ambitious and the tactical arrangements will no longer be the same. It is perhaps on these latter that the match can be decided.
