“Fraud and criminal conspiracy” case: Cédric Bistué, former president of the Béziers rugby club, explains

Par le biais d’un communiqué, soupçonné "d’escroquerie et d’association de malfaiteur", Cédric Bistué, l’ancien président de l’ASBH, tient à se défendre après avoir été cité à comparaître devant le tribunal de Limoges.

On Thursday, September 19, we published an article reporting that the former president of ASBH, Cédric Bistué, was summoned to appear before the Limoges court in the context of a case of “fraud” and “criminal association”. He defended himself through a press release: “I am astonished by the resonance of a simple act of summons which is not an act of prosecution by a magistrate but by a private company […] In 2018, as part of the development of leisure activities in the region, I ordered consulting and production services and I signed what I believed to be a quote and provided all the necessary documents through my company "The Social Partner”. This quote, which I signed, was treated in the United States as an invoice and before disappearing, Mrs. Iacono (the manager of the American company that received the quote, Editor's note), found a way to have her company bought by Red Fort Capital via a loan agreement, guaranteed by my company's debt. I discovered today the existence of this contract. Having never received services in accordance with the estimate, I have always disputed owing the amount of the debt. I regret that Arnaud Dubois is being called into question, it is unfair in view of his professionalism and commitment. Today, 6 years later, once the surprise has passed, it is clear that Ms. Iacono maneuvered to deceive everyone. We are victims Arnaud Dubois and myself as well as the company Red Fort Capital."

Cédric Bistué, alongside Arnaud Dubois and Hervé Grégoire Mazzocco, is summoned before the Limoges court on May 23, 2025.
