The legal clinic Juripop announced Wednesday open a free service of support for victims of sexual violence or harassment at work.
The services include providing victims with the means to assess the overall appeal to be able to begin, if desired, the legal proceedings that meet their needs.
“The movement #MoiAussi has highlighted the difficulties experienced by victims and survivors in the justice system, explained by way of a press release Sophie Gagnon, director-general of Juripop. The service, launched today, will offer a one-stop shop for free legal services where people will be able to understand all of their rights and receive advice on a confidential basis.”
The consultations shall be confidential and accessible to all, without regard to age, income or immigration status.
