Today, it is William Medici who manages the garage created by his parents Arlette and Jean, both missing, including Arlette very recently. Passionate about mechanics like his father, he wanted to perpetuate the beautiful family history: "Arriving from Italy, my parents settled in Saint-Césaire and opened their garage in 1959 a few meters away, in this place that we called the castle and where Cave 41 is located today. My father was a car enthusiast. He passed on this passion to me, I did my first training at the age of 14 and a half at the Alfa Romeo dealership at the time. It was only natural that I took over the reins of the company in 1995."
