The 31st Miam gastronomic fair, organized by the Gard Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will have as its sponsor the head chef of the Ardèche restaurant Likoké, located in Les Vans. In this case, it is Guido Niño Torres.

In partnership with sommelier Cyriel Huysentruyt, he offers an experience guided by local products around his history and his travels. Both have managed to keep the Star in the “Michelin Guide” obtained in 2014 by the former chef and father of Cyriel. Guido Niño Torres has been recognized as a great of tomorrow in the Rhône-Alpes-Auvergne region by "Gault et Millau", in 2023.

The Miam will take place at the Méjannes-lès-Alès exhibition center, from November 15 to 18.
