Guru Loup Blanc sentenced to 15 years in prison for raping followers of his shamanic community

Cyrille Adam, 72, was tried by the criminal court of Gard for rape and abuse of weakness in the context of his shamanic teaching between Sumène, in Cévennes, Réalville (Tarn-et-Garonne). The verdict has just been delivered this Friday, September 27, 2024.

In the trial of Cyrille Adam before the criminal court of Gard, which is trying the shaman for rapes and abuse of weakness committed at the castle of Granès (Tarn-et-Garonne) and in his house in Sumène in Cévennes, a sentence of 15 years of imprisonment has just been pronounced against the “guru”.

Aged 72, he led a spiritual community where he practiced tantric and sexual work on certain chosen followers.

At the end of the debates, the accused had nevertheless assured him: “The relations were consensual, if a woman had told me to stop, I would have. If some have suffered, I regret it, I am not acting".

"Sex, it is quite hungry"

His lawyer, Mr Brusa, recalled that many disciples were satisfied with the teaching, then tried to discredit the complainants' story, believing that the influence did not exist.

"Mental destabilization can be well before entering the structure" he pleaded. "This man pleases and many women have fallen in love, he does not want a life as a couple and they did not like it and yes, he does not have the art and the manner".

He also admitted that White Wolf "likes women, he is quite hungry for sex" and that he was ready to treat himself for “this sex addiction” while assuring that he would definitively cease all activity as a shaman.
