This Sunday, June 2, in the morning, a bus carrying no passengers fell several meters in Cassis, in Bouches-du-Rhône. Slightly injured, the 61-year-old driver was taken to hospital.

Luckily, no serious injuries were reported. This Sunday, June 2, in Cassis (Bouches-du-Rhône), a bus fell several meters, a few steps from the Gorguettes parking lot. Not carrying any passengers, only the 61-year-old driver was on board the public transport bus.

Driver discomfort?

According to our colleagues from La Provence, the vehicle hit the security barrier at the parking entrance before falling, head the first, below, without turning around. Firefighters quickly responded to the scene.

The circumstances of the accident remain to be determined, but the possibility of driver discomfort seems to be considered. The man, slightly injured, was transported to the La Ciotat hospital center.
