Around 3:05 a.m., this Sunday, February 18, the municipal police intervened in a neighborhood conflict on rue de l'Agau, in Nîmes.

Finding that the young people were making too much noise, their upstairs neighbor decided, in his own way, to put an end to the noise. He actually threw a glass bottle at one of the young people who was partying in the apartment located on the ground floor.

The victim, who was then in the street, received the container, thrown from the third floor, at head level. She had a bleeding wound on her scalp.

Following the events, some young people decided to go up and see this neighbor, who opened the door to them with a knife in his hands. This individual was finally arrested by the municipal police. The tests carried out showed an alcohol level exceeding the authorized limit. He was placed in police custody. Then released with preliminary prosecution.
