Hit and run: there are fears for the life of a cyclist in Sutton

It is feared that the life of a young lady of 27 years who has had an accident, Wednesday evening, on the way to Woodard in Sutton.

Authorities received a call around 18: 30 after a cyclist was found on the ground seriously injured.

“Everything indicates that it would have been the victim of a collision with a vehicle. But there is no vehicle which has remained on-site, so he would have taken the leak. We do not have a description for the time being”, had initially said Stéphane Tremblay, the spokesman of the Sûreté du Québec.

The opp, however, has suggested, following the arrival of the reconstitutionnistes on-site in the evening, that the cyclist might eventually have fallen of itself.

The victim was transported to a hospital to treat his injuries, which are fear for his life.

The investigation continues to try to determine the causes and circumstances of the collision.

The way Woodard has been closed between the streets Royea and Buenavista.

For the moment, there would not be a witness in this story.
