For the summer season, the Hérault prefecture opens furnished accommodation, particularly occupied by students during the year.

Among the problems for bosses having to deal with seasonal labor, housing for these employees is high on the list. Also the Hérault prefecture offers an offer, mainly rooms and studios, all furnished, at "financially accessible" rates.

Thus, in Montpellier, 315 accommodations distributed in eight different residences are available: university campuses of Colombière, Triolet, Castellane residence, Fontcarrade and Cœur de ville… Ten apartments are also affected in Mauguio, as many in La Grande-Motte and Pérols.
