The compensation received by community elected officials was presented to the Gard Rhone agglomeration council on Monday March 4. In 2023, the total envelope amounts to 486,411€ corresponding to the gross amount and charges. The president of the agglomeration, Jean-Christian Rey, received 64,357€ compensation (gross with charges) i.e. 1441€ more than in 2022.

The compensation of vice-presidents is between 22,903 € and 26,744€ per year. Yves Cazorla, 5th deputy vice-president for corporate land, and Benoît Trichot, 12th deputy vice-president for tourism, are those with the highest compensation. They receive respectively 26,744€ and €26,741. The mayor of Bagnols, Jean-Yves Chapelet, receives 24,960 euros; as 7th vice-president of the Agglo delegated to general resources. Delegated advisors earn between 1300 € and 3942 € per year.
