Carey Price showed off his great fishing skills during a trip to Nova Scotia on Thursday.
A 40-inch-long striped bass has was one of the fish that took the bait of the Montreal Canadiens goalie.
His catch was immortalized by Matt Szeto, fishing guide on the Stewiacke River.
“I am extremely grateful and honored to have had the opportunity to accompany Carey Price on the water and show him our world renowned striped bass fishery.
“It quickly became apparent to me why he is considered an incredible role model for so many people. Thank you, Carey, for the excitement, the laughs and the life advice.”
Price, a native of Anahim Lake, British Columbia, has never hidden his love for fishing and hunting.
